This was a former hotel on Swan Road in Harrogate, we were appointed as main contractor for this project on a design and build basis. Contract value circa £800k. This site was to be completed within 12 months which we achieved with the help of our architect and client was very satisfied and sold all houses above asking price.
The hotel was converted into four town houses all to be sold separately.
The existing building was grade II listed which brought its own challenges in which we were successful in managing throughout the process.
