AAJ Construction Ltd were established in October 2007: the company director Matthew Barnes has over 24 years experience in the construction industry. We are an approved contractor for tier 1 contractors and collaborate closely to achieve framework projects and similar works across sectors such as retail, hospitality, education and healthcare. AAJ Construction Ltd have the skills and competence to be main contractor on projects and have demonstrated this previously on projects such as new build homes, home remodelling and hotel extensions.
We are an established contractor working alongside main contractors on various projects including Morris & Spottiswood, Wates and formerly ISG.
We have also completed a number of projects as main contractor; most recently for University of Salford and Liverpool FC.
AAJ are a key multi-trade subcontractor who have worked from M&S nationally for a number of years now and are a key part of our supply chain for the future. The team at AAJ were paramount in a successful delivery of a Barclays Corporate scheme off shore in Guernsey prior to Christmas, which with all limitations from the pandemic and Brexit, still managed to deliver on time and to an agreed budget. Matt and the team have continued to impress, growing from strength to strength on a number of our other Framework too such as H&M, Barclays Retail and RBS.
