This was a house remodel of a property in the heart of the Lake District; the existing property was 3 bedrooms which was then converted and extended to a 4 bedroomed property overlooking Derwent Waters. We were main contractor and worked alongside the architect to achieve the clients dream property. There was a lot of retaining works involved due to being on Mount Skiddaw; this allowed for additional parking at the top of the property.
